Agrivolt has developed a computerized measurement approach, which is one-of-a-kind and highly accurate.

1. The preparation of the livestock building diagram.
2. The preparation of the electrical schematic drawing of the neutral and bonding networks linking the livestock buildings.
3. The choice of the measurement method.
4. The carrying out of the measurement protocol.
5. The transfer of data to the technical support team.
6. The technical validation of the measurements by the technical support team.
7. The analysis of the data and strategic decisions.
8. Preparation of the analysis report and the recommendations.
9. Presentation of the analysis report and the recommendations.

A measurement protocol adapted to your electrical networks

Whether your electrical network is three phase or singe phase, with or without a neutral on the primary network, whether the network is simple or complex, whether you have a small farm or a mega-farm, Agrivolt’s measurement protocol is computerized and well adapted to the configuration of your network. The choice of measurement protocols is validated by a technical team which lends support to the technician in charge of taking the measurements.

Measurements with the supporting printout

Agrivolt’s measurements are recorded in a report which is given to you with the printout, the list of measurement equipment used, the speeds, as well as the duration and the frequency of the measurements so that you can have them double-checked.

Measurement reports and recommendations

The measurement reports are accompanied with specific recommendations to control the problem, if there is one. A budget for the neutralization equipment as well as the commissioning is included with the report.

Preventive maintenance

Agrivolt realizes that the electrical network of and the quantity of equipment found on livestock farms are constantly evolving. Electrical loads have grown significantly and the automation of farms has led to non-linear loads such as variable-speed drives, for example. Agrivolt offers a preventive maintenance service. As part of this service, the technician checks both the electrical network and the existing neutralization equipment to ensure the maximum performance of your equipment as well herd performance benefits.
