Nuvolt Corporation mainly focus on product development for all its sector of interest but also supply administrative and technical support for Agrivolt Inc.
Nuvolt is also involved in the market development of electrical network monitoring devices for the commercial building market, the industrial market and OEM sales for all the sectors we are involved.
Through a press release, Nuvolt has recently made an announcement of OEM sale agreement with a electronic lighting manufacturer for noise filters. Nuvolt has an international patent for a wide range of noise filters. Agrivolt filters are designed for the agriculture market and controlled any source of noise.
Our market development strategy for the commercial building and industrial markets rely on our new technology “SmartScan”.
SmartScan has the capacity to predict an electrical failure, therefore could prevent fire risks and equipment failures in commercial buildings but also downtime and equipment failures as well on production assembly lines.
Nuvolt has recently signed a distribution agreement for SmartScan with Navware for commercial ships. Sales of SmartScan will start in June 2010 and is expected to generate multi millions dollars of incomes over the next few years.
Nuvolt has also created a lot of interest from underwriters and insurers with its SmartScan technology. Because of its capacity to predict an electrical failure it reduces quite extensively fire risks in commercial buildings and to improve the protection on sophisticated equipment.
