Nuvolt Corporation Inc. (formerly Agrivolt Canada) was founded in 1988 by Michel Montreuil with the vocation of distributing filters for the elimination of leakage current in animal environments in order to improve livestock performance. From 1992 on, the firm undertook R&D activities to enhance its knowledge. These activities have helped obtain scientific and technical recognition and develop its expertise with devices that help neutralize leakage current and that monitor electrical networks. The company possesses international patents.
