In July 2007, Nuvolt Corporation Inc. (TSX-V:NCO) and Norco Capital inc completed a Qualified Transaction and concomitant financing to conclude the development of the new Nuvolt Sensor technology and its integration into an electrical network management system which is the core of the company's business plan.
